Getting started is effortless! Every MTrading client is automatically eligible to participate.

New Clients: You'll be enrolled as soon as you complete your first trade.

Existing Clients: You're already in! Participation is active for you right now.

You earn points for every lot traded on gold and currency pairs. The more you trade, the more you collect:

On M.Premium: Earn 1 point for gold per lot and 0.3 points for currencies.

On M.Pro: Earn 0.5 points for gold per lot and 0.15 points for currencies.

Note: If you use a Deposit Bonus, your earning rate is adjusted based on the bonus size.

You can track your progress anytime in your Trader's Room. If you have multiple trading accounts under one profile, all your points are automatically added together into one single balance.

Visit the MPoints Rewards Catalog inside your Trader's Room. Simply pick your favorite reward and exchange your points.

Once you claim a reward, our support team will reach out to you via WhatsApp (at the number provided during registration) within 2 business days to confirm your shipping address.

We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible! Shipping typically takes up to 30 calendar days, depending on your location.

Because we want to send your rewards to you as quickly as possible, all redemption requests are final and cannot be reversed once they are submitted. Your points are deducted from your balance the moment you hit redeem.

Good news: MPoints do not expire. You can save them up for a big-ticket item or spend them as you go. As long as your account is verified and you have enough points, you can redeem them whenever you like.
